Treasure Lens Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Treasure Lens mobile application (the "App"), provided by Reelpop Media LLC ("Reelpop," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Use

You may use the App only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your use of the App.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App source code except where allowed by law.
• Interfere with the App's operation, security, or related infrastructure.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of Reelpop or third parties.

4. User Content

If you submit or upload content through the App, you represent that you have the rights required to do so. You retain ownership of your content, and you grant us a limited license to process it only as needed to provide the App.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy for Treasure Lens.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services or platform providers (including Apple). We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or terms.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelpop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from or related to your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
